About The Position

Now Hiring: Assistant Store Manager Lead daily store operations, inspire your team, and help turn donations into opportunity - every single day. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Reliable vehicle and valid NYS driver’s license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership abilities and professionalism under pressure

  • Stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Sit, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks (tagging, hanging)
  • Lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
