About The Position

Naples Soap Company is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at The Villages. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional retail experiences and driving our brand’s success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder.
  • A deep understanding of retail operations and customer behaviors.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a diverse team to ensure a cohesive, motivated workforce.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that drive sales, foster customer engagement, and build brand loyalty.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding customer preferences and tailoring their shopping experience.
  • Support the training and development of staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring a well-organized store environment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
