About The Position

Jiffy Lube, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations, and its fastest-growing franchise, Stonebriar Auto Services, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager. This role is a member of the location management team and involves providing hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates. The successful candidate will ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while fostering an energetic and fun working environment. The position also requires frequently performing the functions of other store team members, such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians, as needed due to business demands or absences.

Requirements

• Stable work history in a physical environment
• Supervisory experience
• A current and valid driver's license

Responsibilities
