About The Position

Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and achieving critical metrics including safety, sales, parts & service growth, customer experience and overall profitability. Leading sales team to grow trailer & truck bed sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Prior sales experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment
  • 3-5 years of sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive Store Revenue Owning sales results through supervising sales team in meeting and exceeding personal and team revenue, unit, and margin goals.
  • Assist Store Manager in driving total revenue, trailer sales, service revenue, parts revenue & ancillary revenue.
  • Special emphasis on trailer & truck bed sales.
  • Customer Service Lead the team to foster an environment of accountability for customer service, owning customer review results.
  • Actively lead the store team by personally demonstrating customer focus, recommending problem resolution, and building customer brand loyalty through exemplary service with a smile.
  • Control Expenses Reinforce company directives, policies and procedures for inventory control, supply purchasing, labor, and other controllable expenses.
  • Safety & Security Lead by example and ensure a safe & secure store environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.
  • Monitor all safety equipment maintenance and see it is used as designed.
  • Participate in training employees on safety policies and practices and enforces compliance.
  • Inventory Maintain an ongoing analysis of trailer and truck bed inventory to assure the right levels are on order.
  • Provide communication, to the staff, regarding inventory flow to the location.
