We are thrilled to announce the opening of our newest restaurant, and we are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. We've been serving the Valley for almost 50 years, and are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience, emphasizing quality food and outstanding customer service. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful launch and day-to-day operations of our new restaurant. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of management, ensuring optimal performance and profitability. You will also be a key player in cultivating a positive and motivated team culture that aligns with our values and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using technology and software related to restaurant management.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Must have a Maricopa County Food Handlers Certificate, or willingness to obtain one with 2 weeks of hire date.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, we use E-Verify.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new staff members to ensure high standards of service and teamwork.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Foster strong customer relationships by addressing feedback, managing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Assist as needed in both front of house or back of house operations.
- Participate in promotional activities and community engagement to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
