About The Position

Join our team as an Assistant Manager at Circle K. This role offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising staff, daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. You are expected to care about customers, set an example for staff, and display urgency, patience, and leadership. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations
  • Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising
