YOUR ROLE As the Assistant Store Manager, you play an integral role in creating the Vera Bradley experience, striving to exceed sales goals and assisting the General Store Manager in managing overall store operations. You support team development, training and visual merchandising. You are a brand ambassador, consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values. Requirements

  • You have 1+ years of prior retail management experience or proven Vera Bradley management ability.
  • You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing and peak business needs.
  • You’re at least 18 years of age.
  • You’re a high school graduate (or equivalent).
