YOUR ROLE As the Assistant Store Manager, you play an integral role in creating the Vera Bradley experience, striving to exceed sales goals and assisting the General Store Manager in managing overall store operations. You support team development, training and visual merchandising. You are a brand ambassador, consistently modeling and upholding Vera Bradley’s core values. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You have a passion for driving sales: You work with your team to exceed sales goals, drive store traffic, convert customers and promote campaigns to drive brand awareness and build lasting customer relationships.
