Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid NYS driver’s license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership abilities and professionalism under pressure
- Passion for service and developing others
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading all areas of store operations, customer service, production, and people development
- Step in and perform all Store Manager duties in their absence - modeling professionalism and leadership
- Execute operational plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget goals
- Train, develop, and coach team members; reinforce strong customer service and production standards
- Reinforce high customer service standards and ensure a welcoming, mission aligned environment
- Assist with scheduling and developing team capabilities to meet production expectations
- Monitor donation levels and request merchandise from the warehouse to meet sales targets
- Become proficient in all areas of production and store operations
- Uphold HR, safety, loss prevention, and compliance standards at all times
- Prepare and review required store reports and participate in staff meetings and huddles
