About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with various management responsibilities, including the training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, and resolving store issues and customer concerns. This role also involves ensuring compliance with all required regulations, assisting with audits, and managing the proper placement and stocking of merchandise. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality and monitoring store profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendor management, car wash operations, and retail waste.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment

Nice To Haves

One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation

Responsibilities
