As Assistant Store Manager at our Acne Studios South Coast Plaza, you will work collaboratively with your team, and provide guidance and support to nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships in which your leadership skills take center stage. WHAT YOU WILL DO Your main contribution will be to collaborate with the Store Manager in all aspects of leading the store. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks Supporting with analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies Supporting with recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance WHO YOU ARE You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
