Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Prior sales experience
Valid Driver’s License
Supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree
3-5 years supervisory experience in a retail or sales environment
3-5 years of sales experience

Responsibilities

Drive Store Revenue Owning sales results through supervising sales team in meeting and exceeding personal and team revenue, unit, and margin goals.
Assist Store Manager in driving total revenue, trailer sales, service revenue, parts revenue & ancillary revenue. Special emphasis on trailer & truck bed sales.
Customer Service Lead the team to foster an environment of accountability for customer service, owning customer review results.
Actively lead the store team by personally demonstrating customer focus, recommending problem resolution, and building customer brand loyalty through exemplary service with a smile.
Control Expenses Reinforce company directives, policies and procedures for inventory control, supply purchasing, labor, and other controllable expenses.
Safety & Security Lead by example and ensure a safe & secure store environment for all employees, customers, and visitors.
Monitor all safety equipment maintenance and see it is used as designed.
Participate in training employees on safety policies and practices and enforces compliance.
Inventory Maintain an ongoing analysis of trailer and truck bed inventory to assure the right levels are on order.
Provide communication, to the staff, regarding inventory flow to the location.
