We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team, focusing on store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, providing positive customer service, managing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, and maintaining seasonal displays. Responsibilities also include performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional fixtures, assisting with ordering, managing damaged merchandise, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits), and loss prevention. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining store standards, securing company assets, adhering to safety guidelines, supervising and training Store Associates, ensuring a positive work environment, and maintaining overall store cleanliness.
