As a key leader in the store, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure daily success while developing your own leadership skills. Step confidently into the Store Manager role when needed - leading by example with professionalism and integrity Execute daily, monthly, and annual operational plans to meet performance and budget goals Train, coach, and develop team members while reinforcing strong service and production standards Create a welcoming, mission-aligned environment for customers, donors, and staff Assist with scheduling and staffing strategies to meet production and sales demands Monitor donation levels and coordinate merchandise needs with the warehouse Build proficiency across all areas of store operations and production Ensure compliance with HR policies, safety standards, loss prevention, and company procedures Prepare and review store reports and actively lead and participate in team meetings and huddles You’re a leader who shows up, steps in, and brings out the best in others. Requirements

  • A reliable vehicle and valid NYS driver’s license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability and sound judgment
  • A passion for service, growth, and developing people
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks (tagging, hanging)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of retail management experience preferred
