The Keyholder role will allow you to use your prior selling and supervisory experience to carry out essential sales and opening/closing functions including: cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, KPI reminders, store safety, customer issue resolution, new hire support, operational tasks, and other miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key Ingredients - The Successful Assistant Manager Candidate 2+ years of prior supervisory experience.
