The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable, and productive store location. This role involves inspiring and motivating others by demonstrating core value behaviors, fostering a customer-focused selling culture, and ensuring the execution of the Store's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assistant Managers are also responsible for holding store employees accountable to all company policies and procedures.
