About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will take the lead in AT&T retail stores, leveraging your retail knowledge and leadership abilities to help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team, and ensure customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. This role involves partnering with a store manager to oversee all daily retail store operations, including assisting with merchandising, product launches, and working to meet and exceed sales objectives. The goal is to provide customers with an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The position includes best-in-class paid training to prepare for leadership success and involves coaching a team of retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
  • Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
  • Inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
  • Taking initiative and striving and creating results

Responsibilities
