AMs are expected to provide guidance and leadership that assures a great customer experience, associate development and financial results. Having a great schedule ensures that we deliver on the universal needs of our customers. Anytime avalibity is required.AMs should work an average of 9 hours per day, 5 days per week for a total of 45 hours.AMs include at least one evening shift (i.e.: 11pm-9pm or 1pm-11pm) as dictated by business needs .
