About The Position

Margaux is seeking an exemplary assistant store manager to join our team on Fillmore Street in San Francisco. The assistant manager will work closely with our store manager to ensure smooth daily operations of the store. Responsibilities include facilitating the front and back-end daily operations and working directly with our customers to create a memorable, personalized shopping experience through exemplary customer service and a passion for the Margaux brand. This position offers a unique opportunity to join Margaux at an exciting stage of growth and offers the candidate an opportunity for leadership development during the brand’s retail expansion.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the Margaux brand.
  • Experience in contemporary or luxury retail; previous experience as a key holder or in a similar leadership role at a contemporary or luxury brand is strongly preferred. A proven track record in cultivating meaningful client relationships is essential.
  • An aptitude for personalized client outreach and retention.
  • Has a friendly and energetic personality; exhibits professionalism in all situations and is collaborative and people-focused, excelling in team environments and interpersonal interactions.
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events.

  • Familiarity with Endear is a plus.

  • Provide an outstanding and personalized client experience through exceptional service on the sales floor: greeting customers promptly and engagingly, offering expert styling advice, and leveraging product expertise to create meaningful customer interactions.
  • Contribute to business growth and achieve sales goals by proactively understanding and responding to customer needs, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
  • Drive business growth through clienteling to build and nurture lasting customer relationships.
  • Assist with in-store events and activations.
