About The Position
Assistant Store Manager The Waterfront Rescue Mission is hiring a positive, highly productive, safety-minded and team oriented manager to join our team at the Waterfront Thrift Store in Crestview, FL! We have a position open for an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) who will report to the Store Manager. The ASM will coach and manage the total store and will be responsible for financial performance to goal of their assigned areas. The ASM will be required to work with others in the organization in a professional and progressive manner and will be required to be an excellent communicator with high business acumen in order to best facilitate sales and growth of the store to which they are assigned. He or she must be a person of faith and freely agree to sign a statement of faith acknowledging their beliefs. Requirements
- Christian Commitment: Must exemplify and model Christian behaviors and values and possess high levels of ethics, honesty and character.
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree; 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a valid state driver's license and be insurable by the WRM insurance carrier.
- Must have reliable transportation.
