Our ideal Assistant Store Manager is an experienced operations leader. Someone who takes pride in supporting Jungle Boys Brand and is dedicated to providing the best medical cannabis experience to all Florida patients. The ASM will report and partner with the Store Manager of the location to drive and achieve results while fostering a safe, inspiring, and fun learning environment. This leader will assist with the merchandising, operations, and execution of company standards in addition to resolving both associate and patient concerns. The ASM will be responsible for building employee and patient relationships, maintaining inventory compliance, training on new product launches, staying informed on updated patient regulations, and collaborating with the Store Manager to execute overall store strategies to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of high-volume cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience
  • Acquisition, Coaching, Training, and Development of Team Members
  • Store Operations (Inventory, Labor Management, Cost Control, Cash handling)
  • Servant leadership Mindset
  • Comprehension of Florida Cannabis Regulations and Allotment compliance is a plus
  • Open availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite, POS, and inventory management software.
