About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused leader to help run daily store operations, support department teams, and ensure an amazing experience for every customer. As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop staff, and keep the store organized, safe, and running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years retail or hardware management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, motivated, and service-driven
  • Able to lift 40 lbs, stand/walk for long periods
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, seasonal peaks)

Responsibilities

  • Support and lead store operations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store readiness
  • Assist with scheduling, sales goals, and operational decisions
  • Step in as acting Manager when needed
