About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager at AT&T retail stores, you will take the lead in overseeing store operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring AT&T customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. You will partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, including assisting with merchandising, product launches, and helping to meet and exceed sales objectives. The role focuses on providing customers with an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services. The company offers best-in-class paid training for leadership success, and you will gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to help them meet sales and service goals. Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
