Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cash register operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to uphold cleanliness and organization in the store.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
