Assistant Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Grandpa Joe's, you'll lead the charge of curating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From leading the team to greeting customers, your leadership with set the pace and tone of our store. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in merchandising our store to captivate and delight our guests, ensuring that each interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Requirements
- Experienced: Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in retail management within a dynamic and hands-on environment.
- Dependable: With our store open 7 days a week, we need reliable individuals who are available for 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts is essential. A dependable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Outgoing Personality: We're seeking individuals who have a sense of humor and genuinely enjoy interacting with kids (actual kids and the adult kind), helping customers stroll down memory lane, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities
- Managing various aspects of our store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, team scheduling, training and coaching, inventory control, shift coverage, merchandising, stocking, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Leading from the front, driving sales, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
