We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day activities, helping customers in a positive and approachable manner, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Store Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits and receipts), and loss prevention. Responsibilities include maintaining store areas to company standards, protecting company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, and assisting the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates. The role requires ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, maintaining professional interactions, and keeping the store clean.
