This position is integral to all operational phases, including leasing storage and parking units, team management, assisting with maintenance, overseeing on-site projects, and fostering positive tenant relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Rental of storage units
• Preparing rental agreements
• Handling financial transactions and banking activities
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all products and services
• Maintaining general curb appeal
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
