The Assistant Store Manager shares accountability for driving business results through effective selection, training and coaching of the store team in the key areas of sales, customer service, merchandise presentation, operations, human resources and loss prevention with the store manager. This role involves working with upper management in executing and enforcing company policies and procedures. This position is regarded as “in training” for a Store Manager position.
