Responsibilities

  • Supporting store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to help maintain efficient operations
  • Processing sales orders using NetSuite
  • Handling customer transactions accurately
  • Assisting with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment
  • Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs
  • Staging and loading orders
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Promoting a safe workplace
  • Supporting team training efforts
  • Communicating procedures clearly
  • Reinforcing performance expectations
  • Forklift operation
  • Lifting materials
  • Working in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Conducting background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and schedule pre-hire screening requirements, including but not limited to drug testing and physicals
