Responsibilities
- Supporting store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Working closely with the Store Manager to help maintain efficient operations
- Processing sales orders using NetSuite
- Handling customer transactions accurately
- Assisting with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs
- Staging and loading orders
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Promoting a safe workplace
- Supporting team training efforts
- Communicating procedures clearly
- Reinforcing performance expectations
- Forklift operation
- Lifting materials
- Working in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Conducting background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and schedule pre-hire screening requirements, including but not limited to drug testing and physicals
