Job Summary The Assistant Store Manager assist the Store Director to oversee all aspects of store operations including store revenue and goals. They must use clear and consistent communication with customers, employees, and vendors. They are ultimately responsible for driving sales, achieving sales goals, training exceptional employees, payroll and focusing on succession planning and company growth. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the overall safety, supervision, training, mentoring and store scheduling, as well as any other duties as assigned.
