Assistant Store Manager
About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager at AT&T retail stores, you will take a leadership role in overseeing store operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. You will partner with a store manager to oversee all daily operations, including assisting with merchandising, product launches, and helping to meet and exceed sales objectives. The role focuses on providing an extraordinary customer experience with AT&T products and services. You will receive best-in-class paid training to prepare you for leadership success and will gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to help them achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
