This is a retail leadership position. A typical schedule would be a 45 hour work week, every other weekend, and 2-3 closing evening shifts a week The primary objective of Assistant Store Manager is to maintain the Freedom Service Creed and customer satisfaction by developing sales volume across all products and services by managing sales people; assigning short and long-term objectives, maintaining floor merchandizing and displays; assisting customers with selections and purchases; developing and training the staff. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager will lead and audit back-end daily operational processes to ensure store continuity and compliance.
