Requirements

Experience managing people, with ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results.
Customer service or sales experience.
Retail environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Capable of standing for extended periods
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal/store sales and developing a high-performing, motivated team.
Cultivating a positive environment, which supports MobileOne's values.
Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable.
Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.
Staying on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensuring that sales representatives are updated on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
Supporting store operations and ensuring compliance with the guidelines set by T-Mobile and MobileOne.
Help ensure the store is fully staffed by assisting with the recruiting process and program.
