We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team, focusing on store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, providing positive customer service, managing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, and maintaining seasonal displays. Key responsibilities include performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, assisting with ordering, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash register), and loss prevention. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for maintaining store standards, securing company assets, ensuring policy adherence, supervising and training Store Associates, and fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Maintaining store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal, is also a duty.
