We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, managing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Store Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits, and receipts), and loss prevention. Key responsibilities include maintaining store standards, protecting company assets, adhering to safety guidelines, supervising and training Store Associates, ensuring a positive and respectful environment, and maintaining overall store cleanliness.
