Responsibilities

  • Oversee all sales floor, production, and donation operations.
  • Drive process improvements in the area of responsibility.
  • Implement organization's goals and provide input into strategic goals for retail store operations.
  • Conduct research, evaluate data, and report findings to support policy and program development.
  • Manage projects and initiatives that span 12 months to 2 years.
  • Lead and develop talent by partnering with coworkers for their development.
  • Engage in project and change management as a team member or subject matter expert.
  • Solve advanced problems independently with periodic review by management.
  • Champion community engagement initiatives and participate in volunteer opportunities.
  • Ensure product rotation for a continuous flow of new merchandise.
  • Implement accurate operating procedures to maximize productivity and quality standards.
  • Support oversight of associates and non-exempt leadership for adequate coverage.
  • Focus on individual and store production goals to achieve budgeted sales and margin.
  • Monitor customer service experience, donor service, and staff productivity.
  • Accurately calculate figures for discounts, percentages, and budgets.
  • Enter report data accurately and monitor team's data entry accuracy.
