Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience preferred.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of overall retail experience.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Ability to bend, stoop, extend reach, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

• Confidence in conducting piercings and demonstrating patience and empathy.
• Passion for fashion and staying up to date with the latest trends.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store sales by delivering outstanding customer experience, upselling products, and implementing promotions to maximize revenue.
• Use your enthusiasm and product knowledge to provide personalized styling advice, recommend add-ons, and enhance the shopping journey.
• Become a trusted piercing specialist through our training program and provide a safe, fun, and professional experience.
• Ensure the store runs smoothly by maintaining inventory accuracy, handling transactions efficiently, and keeping the store well-merchandised.
• Work alongside your Store Manager to train and motivate team members in achieving sales goals and delivering top-notch customer service.
• Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm and stay up to date with the latest fashion trends.
