This leader will support and inspire dynamic teams, foster exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales to achieve business goals. They will embody ThirdLove’s values while ensuring operational excellence and a welcoming store environment. As a key part of the leadership team, they will also collaborate on store-driven initiatives with the HQ team and act as the Store Manager in their absence.
