The Assistant Manager of Visual Merchandising at Club Monaco is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, sales, training, and overall management of the store. This role focuses on visual merchandising and product management, ensuring that the store meets its sales targets while providing an excellent customer experience. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager and other district managers to drive business through effective product placement and staff motivation.
