• Valid Driver's License and Automobile Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by putting customers at the center of service delivery.
• Exemplify the sales culture and educate customers on the product portfolio.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and issues professionally.
• Manage cash handling processes, including counting currency and balancing cash drawers.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including loans and check cashing.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
