The Assistant Store Manager at Spirit Halloween plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager with the overall operation of a seasonal store. Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in staffing and setup of the store.
- Assist in merchandising and inventory control.
- Help in the pack-up and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services.
- Control expenses and shrinkage in the store operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
- Capability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
