As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the role model for creating memorable shopping experiences for all clients, serving as the master party host of the boutique/selling floor. You will maintain a personal sales goal to effectively lead by example, typically selling approximately 20% of the store’s sales. You will also observe sales associate performance on the floor, coach team members around KPIs, and ensure effective use of selling tools. Additionally, you will participate in visual merchandising and resolve customer issues with sound problem-solving techniques.
