  • Inspire and motivate a team committed to providing superior customer service.
  • Lead a team of approximately ten people, including Department Managers and Receivers.
  • Communicate expectations, policy changes, and new initiatives effectively.
  • Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets as a rate to sales.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and food safety recommendations and requirements.
  • Drive sales growth and store experience execution based on company standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Address emergencies and resolve issues with urgency.
  • Celebrate store successes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of retail experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading department operations with integrity.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and human resources software.
  • Flexible to work a schedule that changes based on business needs.
  • Maintain Food Safety certification.
  • Able to lift 60 pounds and push/pull racks of merchandise.
  • Experience in schematics and merchandising.
  • Knowledge of profit and loss management.
