About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager at Claire's, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving retail targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations. You will also be responsible for ear piercing, for which you will receive full training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve.
• Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders, and assist customers.
