The Assistant Store Manager at Cole Haan is responsible for supporting the store's strategic direction to achieve sales and profitability targets while fostering a positive team culture. Drive financial growth by achieving sales and key KPI goals.
Exceed store EBITDA budget through responsible management of payroll, supplies, and facilities.
Coach and develop staff to exceed individual and store goals.
Support and maintain a positive store environment by leading and developing a quality store team.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and building a talent pipeline.
Urgently address and partner on performance issues using company tools.
Deliver extraordinary customer service through the store team.
Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations.
Consistently communicate customer, market, and product feedback.
Achieve all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety.
Support the team to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
2-3 years of high volume store management experience.
Strong knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention.
Strong computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent math and phone skills.
Experience in staff development, including staffing, coaching, counseling, training, and development.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds occasionally.
