As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help build a fun and inclusive store culture for our Crew with a focus on driving results. You will act as an ambassador of the brand, thinking of new ways to evolve the business through connecting with customers and the community. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will lead the Crew with transparency, coaching and inspiring them to drive results through engagement and accountability.
