Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store alongside the Store Manager.
• Create a fun, engaging, and positive atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Drive business and maximize store sales potential in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Train, coach, and support team members across all aspects of operations and guest experience.
• Step in as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations and team members.
• Provide consistent coaching and feedback to team members to encourage growth.
• Cascade business opportunities and sales trends to the store team.
• Assist in team interviews and recruitment processes with the Store Manager.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice standards are followed by team members.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.
