The Assistant Store Manager Trainee role is designed to prepare individuals to become future Assistant Store Managers. Upon promotion, relocation or commuting to one of three area stores will be required. The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with the Store Manager in achieving excellent operations management. Essential aspects include continuously developing product knowledge and gaining a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day store operations, customer service, and merchandising. This position demands strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and supervise associates.
