About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager for Electronics at InMotion stores in Portland International Airport is responsible for leading a fast-paced retail team focused on providing exceptional customer service and promoting a diverse selection of cutting-edge electronics. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of retail or similar experience in high volume sales.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to start conversations with customers.
• Must pass the Airport Badging Process.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronics brands such as Apple, BOSE, and Beats.
• Knowledge of airport retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Engage with customers to promote and sell electronics products.
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards.
