About The Position

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to deliver to our customer and our people. Our Assistant Store Managers works closely with the Store Manager to understand daily/weekly/monthly store priorities and assists in assigning projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates as well as ensuring compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• 1+ years of Retail Management experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• 1+ years proven track record inspiring and managing diverse and high performing teams.
• Demonstrated results in driving sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Assist in assigning projects and tasks to Key Holders and Sales Associates.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
• Drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain world-class standards.
