Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated Leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service.
  • Working knowledge of Sales Management principles.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communications skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and Problem Solving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Experience with Sales Process and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Sales Strategy to achieve store sales goals.
  • Oversee daily store Operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide Leadership and Coaching to store associates, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Manage Customer Service interactions, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Management skills to schedule staff, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Participate in Sales activities, including Sales Prospecting and utilizing effective Selling Techniques.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform Planning and Forecasting.
  • Oversee Merchandising efforts, ensuring attractive product displays and optimal product placement.
  • Effectively use Communication and Interpersonal Communications skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
  • Make sound Decision Making in a timely manner to address operational needs.
